Hello there...
I'm Beth Lauren Parrish
After having countless 'horse show hangovers' from in person events (IFKYK)... I wanted to offer the world a WAY more fun and less stressful way to show off their beautiful partnership with their favorite equine friends.
I hope you have an absolute blast filming for this show.
May the horse be with you. Always.

The Inspired Riding® Fun Online Show
This is the 2026 Calendar Show year rulebook we are providing as a set of guidelines to follow as you prepare for our shows. These are meant as a basis for
training and preparation for the various disciplines, including such items as class descriptions, appropriate tack, rules for rider attire, entry requirements, and basic rules.
If you have any questions, please email us here: support@inspiredriding.com
General Rules
- Judge’s decisions are final.
- Horse welfare is the most important element. If the judges think your horse looks stressed, lame, or highly resistant, and/or if you use any type of unnecessary force, you may be disqualified. Be a kind horse advocate.
- DQ for illegal tack. (See Tack Rules below for more info)
- Helmets and proper footwear are required. (See Rider Attire Rules for more info)
- DQ for not wearing a helmet while mounted. (All disciplines must wear helmets)
- No cross entering from Walk/Walk to Walk/Trot or Walk/Trot/Canter.
- No cross entering from Walk/Trot to Walk/Trot/Canter.
- All classes will be judged together and each rider will accumulate points towards their chosen High Point Division*. (Adult, Junior, or Open)
- All entries must agree to the terms/conditions when signing up for the show. (found in the checkout page)
- Participants under 18 must have parents or legal guardians agree to the terms/conditions - NOT trainers.
- All video entries must be in the form of “Unlisted” YouTube Links and posted in the comments under each class description. No videos may be reused from our previous shows. (See the group info for additional information, if you’ve never uploaded to YouTube)
- No coaching may be permitted during your filming. You are permitted to have a caller for your Dressage Tests if needed.
- In order to be courteous of our judges’ time spent watching your entry, please be sure your video entry is edited to only show exactly what you’d like to be judged.
- For Dressage Tests, please film from “C” and use zoom when the rider is on the other side of the ring. If you are using a smartphone, please film in landscape mode. We understand that zoom and great quality is not always possible, so really we just ask that you try your best.
- Entry fees will not be refunded once an entry has been accepted. Entries submitted but not complete by the show’s closing date are non refundable (i.e. not submitting the video on time). Riders who submit the wrong video for an entry will be disqualified and refunds will not be given.
- Results, feedback, and prizes will be sent out within 2-3 weeks after the entries close. Please understand that your prizes might be delayed if you are outside of the United States. Tracking numbers will be sent once they have been shipped!

- Cavesson and flash nosebands must not be visibly tight.
