2 Zoom Meetings Per Month: Ask Beth your questions, share insights, and participate in a group guided meditation (60 mins each)
Private Monthly Email Assessments: You answer a series of questions and within 48 hours, Beth will create insightful solutions/exercises for you via email.
Private Facebook Group where everyone gets to connect, upload videos/photos/insights. Get Weekly Feedback (either in Zoom meetings or the bi-weekly "Feedback Fridays")! It's an incredibly supportive, kind, and fun community here.
